Selling iPod touch 16gb - Perfect Condition

Hey there, as I have now got an iPhone, I have no need for my iPod touch. It's in perfect condition, just the obvious scratches on the back (all iPod's have them).

It comes with everything that came with it, cleaning cloth, headset, box, USB cable, stickers. I will also throw in the iPod sock and iPod case (horrible but might as well give it to you).

I am looking for $250, I am not looking to trade for services, or anything, just cash. I will reset it before I send it, and I will overnight it for $15 extra charge. They are going for $400 right now.

It comes with the software pack, which has Mail, Notes and Maps.

got a pic of the front screen? (i'll take the 360 game with it, thats next to your hand) lol.... - ALSO , is it jailbroken, or the newest firmware? 1.1.3 - I think it is.
