Unique CSS template site seeking for link exchange partners.

Hi all,

I am currently looking for link exchange partners for my new site:

CSS Templates

I will place your link + site description at the following page:

http://www.csstemplates.net/usefulsites.php

Although the site is still very new (online for less than 1 month), it gets close to 20 unique per day from Yahoo search engine and my signature.

I am looking for relevant link partners that:

1. Has relevant content with my site. For example, template / layout resources and web designing / webmaster resources.

2. Must not have more than 100 links on your link exchange page (according to Google Webmaster Guidelines). You can check your total links count here.

3. Have or do not have any PageRank but minimal traffic (at least 10 unique/day).
