Backlinks help, but content really and truly helps visitors not only find yourself, but keep coming to your site.

Now Google panda updates only for quality of unique content based they desisted to quality website. Also changing organic SERP...

As a writer, I've always focused on the content. But I'd like to know how do you convince a prospective client when they have 'over-loaded' on seo, which they really don't understand? It's as if content writers have to throw out 'seo' before getting any kind of response.

Like to hear from those of you who are SEO experts on how content writers can make their case for quality content.
