Old  Latest reg. - TM issues?

Hey,
I've just regged IPB3.com. This may be a slightly stupid question, but, is there any chance Invision could take it from me due to TM issues?

Thanks,
Indy.

I don't think you'd have problems with this as long as the site as long as you place a statment giving proper credit to IP.

I use to own invisionnexus.com but they asked me for it.

Here's the PM Lindy from IPS sent me:

Hello Sam,

While we appreciate your display of support for our products, I'm afraid that your registering of invisionnexus.com is an infringement upon IPS' trademark(s). As such, before we begin lodging a dispute request with ICANN to legally claim the domain name, we would like to provide you with the opportunity to approve a transfer of the domain to us. We would, of course, be happy to reimburse you for any fees that you've incurred while registering the domain.

I would like to thank you in advance for your cooperation and if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.

Kind Regards,

I heard the companies have right to take your domain if its their trademark.

Like I asked Adobe if I could have permission to use their trademark as domain and link their site. Not allowed, yeah I did right thing Always ask before get wrong.
