If you have a hosting business then don't start anything else. Hosting is a full time job and your clients will suffer if you take on too much. How many clients do you have now?

I would never open a hosting business, the market is saturated.

server costs just about :mad: It will get better when I actually have a site so I think I will design that now

back on topic, i would love to try something out thats not design related but i just don't know what yet. . . . i want to do something thats pretty much garunteed to bring in at least a little money nothing to hit and miss - any ideas anyone?

If you aren't making any profit i wouldn't bother with the hosting business, a decent design isn't going to make the world of difference but marketing the site will and that is what costs money.

The amount of time and dedication it requires to provide a decent service for your customers is extensive, i would advise starting a business that doesn't require such commitment.
