Ah I see. Thanks for explaining it to me. I have absolutely no need for this though as I already have a business PayPal account attached to a business bank account (Although, I did up until a week ago when PayPal inexplicably decided to remove it. The sods made me re-add it )

I still don't understand how you can do this with a 'VCC'?
Do you mean fake credit card details? Isn't that illegal?

To the topic starter
Which bank (or banks) are these Virtual Cards associated with? Presumably, people can go directly to the bank(s) and apply for their own VCC if they really want one -- why should people go through you? You are creating cards/accounts for people, how to they know that you won't just claim back control of them at some later date because you bought it from the bank(s)?
To everyone else
Don't people have 'normal' bank accounts these days?
Also, people please remember that even the topic starter isn't entirely sure of the legality of selling accounts/cards like this. All I can say is that you should be vigilant with what exactly you do online, just be careful with who you trust and with what information.

Announcement:-
It is Legal.
I am taking those VCCs from an Indian Bank.
You can't take it from bank by yourself.
Papyal will not block your account. I think most of the people knows that DP is the biggest pace for VCC. many peoples are selling and many are buying, but i choose talkfreelance.
You will have to verify your paypal account with credit card so i am providing this facility.
