I think theres a bit too much stuff on there. You could get rid of loads of stuff.

Thanks for the comments, ill try and fix the "cluttered" luck, im working on ways to show the information so it wont seem so hectic.

I think the "cluttering" is just lack of padding; try adding that first. It has a lack of images, too - that's also part of it. Hade a look at

and see how they manage their first page - excellent - it's fun to stay there a little longer, because of the images.

It hurts my eyes. There's too much going on and I don't know where I'm meant to look.

Just not feeling the navigation on the right side...keep everything to the left.

Ive though up some different ways to lay out the information so it wont seem so cluttered, now i just need to design a concept layout for that so i can get the idea out on my screen.
