So when you all free-lance.
Do you sign a written agreement, or an E-AGREEMENT form
to guarantee the trade?

I mean, does client pay first, or designer give first?

Just curious how you go about this?

written contract that is either faxed or emailed...payment terms include a down payment, followed by either 1 or 2 installments which are dependent on the type of project.
