what if someone pm's You asking you to do a job, and you respond, would this fall under the same rule?

To be considered spam something needs to be unsolicited. If someone asks you about your services then they have solicited a response from you.

So what if the original post didn't contain the word 'spamming' - it's clearly what the thread is about. Perhaps you should read more than the first post before jumping in.

Hmm, this is definetly a problem. There's a lot of this on my graphics forum as well. Pretty annoying stuff. Good luck getting everything sorted out. I know the feeling, ban somebody, they get pissed, somebody else gets mad, then it's just anarchy . Well good luck
