What You Do To Relax?
What you guys do to relax when taking a break from computer work? Lately I've been having problem with energy levels. I am constantly overworked and and no matter what I do to let some steam off it doesn't help.

Some people here will say smoke weed. But normal people will say, do regular exercise.

How about doing both at the same time? Really, the problem is that I can't find anything suitable. Even after physical activity I still feel depressed (physically).

Smoke a cigarette, listen to music, go to starbucks, cruise up the canyon. Sometimes all 4 at once .

Exercise does help, when I'm really stressed I go out on a walk/jog for a mile or two no matter how late (2:00am is my record). Whenever I regularly go to a gym weights do a better job than walking.
Other than that, make sure you don't let your work flow into the weekends. Make sure it is known among your clients that you don't work weekends and anyone who expects you to will be disappointed. Do something during that weekend, go to a bar with some friends or something. Just sitting around all weekend is just as bad as working it.

Any kind of sport activity is certainly not only relaxes me, but also energizes me as well.
Other than that, I'd go for a drive, go for an extended walk, listen/research some music, watch a movie, get out with friends (or ask them to come over), read a book/magazine or play FIFA2011 on my Palm Pre (the English Premier League, just acquired Gerrard for my team's midfield, lol).

I either wind down by working on my 'fun projects' or I can be caught on a huge gaming session (6+ hours).
Otherwise I don't mind lazying on the couch catching up on the week's shows. Occasionally will go out to the movies.

Run a mile in 6 min's, take the dog for a walk. For me, I need to do physical exercise, I can't sit at a computer for 8 hours strait (also factoring in for lunch).
Go hunting, fishing or go for a bike ride! Some time play a few video games.

Take your pick.

Usually hang outside with friends. Go to the mall or catch a movie. I need to get out of the house or else I get all frustrate with work.
