Need Help with music on webpage

I recently created a website for a client and now he wants music to play on the website without the music refreshing after clinking on every different link. Problem is the only quote I got was for 200 dollars to do this. Is there an easy way to achieve this? anyone's help would be very appreciated as I am only a designer and not a programmer.

You have a few options as I see it.

1. Have the music play in a popup window.
2. Put the music code into the page and use an iframe to display the pages content, so the only reloads are that of the iframe.
3. Use ajax to call for external pages without reloads.
4. Create the website entirely of flash so no other page loads are needed. pahaha
