Standard Advertising Contract?
Sup.
Well I've started advertising locally, you know... notices, businesses, services and such, and I'm trying to develop a standard advertising contract. Well I've only seen few contracts in my life, but some of the members here may have a bigger idea of what is required and what not. So I'm accepting as much information as you freelancers can give to me. Thanks a lot again!

okay. I would like to know what you mean by advertising contract. is it making an advertisment for a client, advertising somebody elses product or a third thing maybe?

Sorry but you're too young to enter into a legally binding contract.

I know I'm too young. I'm not going to sign it. My other older partner is. I'm asking for help to develop such a contract. Thanks

So, is anyone able to help? Hiring a lawyer is costly.

I believe your best bet is to find a lawyer. Hopefully you can find a lawyer that is related to someone you know...they may be able to do it for a cheap price.

There are certain ways in the USA that contracts can be drawn up so minors can enter into them.
