[Wanted] Vector/Illustrator for Simple Portrait

Hallo, looking for an illustrator who can do a simple portrait for me. I only want a few layers, but the image should be fairly detailed. Here's a sample of what I'm looking for:



A lot less detail around where the eyes are, but maybe a few more layers of color. I've got the picture that I want it done to.

I'm fairly new to vectoring, but I guess I could have a go. If you're not happy with the outcome, that's fine. But I ought to get some real practice in.
