  Old  Hardware Advise

I am Looking to buy a Laptop and a Wacom Intous Tablet. As my Budget is meek I'll have to choose one of it. I need to ask whether I can get a Good Celeron M Laptop under $300.00 with Worldwide Shipping in any country. If not then I'll settle for the Tablet instead.
