INTRO:
We are looking for talented sales reps to work from home. This is
unlike any other work from home position and does not require any
money. This is an attempt by a call center company to hire agents who
want to work from home. We are currently only hiring 10 Sales reps and
will expand to more once we feel that this is a wise road to pursue.
There is no cost to you, but we will be spending money (cost to us) on
your software and resources so we are only hiring motivated and
dedicated reps. This is a commission based pay only and has much
potential for residual (on-going) income.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
We are currently selling a search engine optimization package to small
and medium size businesses. Anytime someone searches for a businesses
product or service, we will have the business information displayed on
the first page (Top Ten Listings) of Google, Yahoo, MSN, and fifty
other search engines. (e.g. barber shop in Los Angeles, ca). This is
not a PPC program and allows for unlimited number of clicks and
customers. This is unlike any other SEO product and produces traffic &
customers almost immediately. It has no contracts and is on a month to
month basis. This is a very easy sell and more about the product or
service will be given to you after hiring. We will also be adding more
products and services as we grow, which means more selling and earning
potential for you.


JOB DESCRIPTION:
After the interview & hiring process, we fully train you about our
product and its features. We help you go over our sales script and what
to tell our potential customers. Once we feel you are trained, we will
run some mock/test calls to see if you are ready on the phone, this
will also help build your confidence. Once we feel you understand the
product and you are ready to sell, we set up your account resources. We
provide you with your own login where you input and track your orders.
We will also provide you with a PC phone system, sales script, and
sales leads. Using our phone system on your computer you simply call
the sales leads we provided and pitch the product using the sales
script. You describe to them the product and its benefits and attempt
to close the deal. You receive payment for every order that has been
processed (see PAYMENT below). Processed sales are sales you input
which clear with billing information and are not declined.

PAYMENT:
We pay $80 for every single initial sale you process and 20$ a month
after that for as long as the customer is active and paying. You are
paid monthly and can earn a residual income very fast and easily if you
are dedicated and work hard at it. See below for income example. This
job is very simple but is for people who work with little supervision
and are very highly self-motivated. Our current sales reps. avg. 2-3
sales a day.

INCOME ESTIMATES:
The following numbers are predictions based on working 5 days a week
and 4 weeks a month equaling 20 working days a month.
If you sell 1 package a day you would sell 20 packages a month and make
(20 sales x $80 per sale) = $1600 a month and an extra (20 x $20) =
400$ every month after (if they are active) as residual monthly income.
So month 2 = $2000 / month 3 = 2400 / month 4 = $2800 / month 5 = $3200
/ month 6 = $3600… (Keep adding $400 for every month). So if you
stopped working at month 6 would still make $2000 a month from the 100
customers you have under your account (100 customers x $20/month
residually).

If you sell 2 packages a day you make (40 x $80) = $3200 a month and an
extra (40 x $20) = 800 every month after (as long as they are active)
as residual monthly income. So month 2 = $4000 / month 3 = 4800 / month
4 = $5600 / month 5 = $6400 / month 6 = $7200… (Keep adding $800 for
every month). So if you stopped working at month 6 would still make
$4000 a month from the 200 customers you have under your account (200
customers x $20/month residually).


IF YOU STOP WORKING OR SELLING FOR ANY REASON, YOU STILL RECEIVE YOUR RESIDUAL MONTHLY INCOME WHICH IS CALCULATED BY ([# of active sales] X $20).
