I've seen on a few sites where you click on an image and it expands slowly, but you can also grab it and move it around if you like.

Does anybody have the script for this or know where I can get it?

A great JavaScript resource commonly know is Mootools

I'm not sure how to program with it yet myself, but that's your best bet. Good luck!

Well, looking at the source code this is how he has the image popup setup:

Code:
<!-- BEGIN NEEDLE VALVE IMAGE POP-UP -->
<h3> Needle Valves</h3>
<div id="forco"><div class="highslidetwo-wrapper">

<a href="images/needle_valves.jpg" class="highslide" onclick="return hs.expand(this, {captionId: 'caption1'})" onkeypress="nextPage();"><img src="images/needle_valves_t.jpg" alt="These pieces should be pretty easy to find for most people at a decent hardware store." title="Click to enlarge" height="150" width="184" /></a></div>
<!-- END NEEDLE VALVE IMAGE POP-UP -->		<!-- BEGIN NEEDLE VALVE IMAGE POP-UP -->
<h3> Needle Valves</h3>
<div id="forco"><div class="highslidetwo-wrapper">

<a href="images/needle_valves.jpg" class="highslide" onclick="return hs.expand(this, {captionId: 'caption1'})" onkeypress="nextPage();"><img src="images/needle_valves_t.jpg" alt="These pieces should be pretty easy to find for most people at a decent hardware store." title="Click to enlarge" height="150" width="184" /></a></div>
<!-- END NEEDLE VALVE IMAGE POP-UP -->
with javascript running the show:
