  Old  Need vBulletin/Homepage/Subpages Coded

I am currently in need of a vBulletin skin coded. I also have a homepage and a subpage that I'm working on editing to fit my site which is proving to be very frustrating ...

If you are interested at all please contact me with how much you think you could do a vBulletin skin for by its self and then how much you would do all three for. I can send you screenshots of all the pages if needed.
