Im not too sure on the Blue header gradient at the top.
I cant really criticise too much but I like the way you have divided it up ![Smile](images/smilies/smile.gif)

Thanks for the feedback, seemed to have received quite a mix of opinions. I am not sure whether to use it or not as some people find it 'boring' and im also not sure how many people just wrote a generic comment to get their post count to 10.

Ok just read all the convo so I thought i'd share with you all a few little tips.
When wanting to make a dashed line in photoshop, you don't have to draw a line, rasterize it and cut out little sections. Takes forever to do. Simply select the text tool, make a load of - - - - - - - - -'s or have them like ---------. Then rasterize that text layer, and do what you want with it, blur it, blend it, whatever. Very quick and easy.
Making an underline, without being in photoshop i will probably think changing line-height in photoshop is one of the easiest things you can do. First, create your paragraph of text. Done? Great, now go to Window > Character. In that little box you have all the tools you need, underline, italic, bold, all that is there. And you can clearly see (ignoring top row), font name, auto, metrics, 0. Well, that 'Auto' will change your line-height. The 0 field will change the character spacing.
And for the padding comment ealier, OMFGWTF. Obviously there is no option, because they invented the damn arrow keys. Just move the whole layer(s) to where you want them. That's the whole part of structure/layout/design or whatever you want to call it.
Anyway, regarding the design.. wasnt this for sale? Sure i saw something similar.
