It sometimes takes months to get accepted into dmoz. Don't get downhearted about it.

I have had an editor hold my www.circle.co.nz domain in his/her admin panel for the last month, I am almost ready to re post in the dmoz forums about it.

Well I found out this:
I had somone on my site from http://editors.dmoz.org/editors/editunrev2.cgi but I am not added into the directory does this mean I was declined?
No, there are a dozen or more reasons why someone would look at a site and not review (make a decision) on it.

DMOZ is very strict! I learned it the hard way. For those who are new, remember to read all the rules and guidelines carefully before you submit to DMOZ. It may be months before you will be able to re-submit your website for review again, and you wouldn't want to wait that long, trust me.
