Looking for a logo designer

Hi All,
I'm looking for a logo designer, have a very specific logo ( for a new coding service ) in mind, please post,pm or add me to msn.

Compensation can be in the form of your standard fee, partial fee with coding or a complete exchange of services.

Are you looking for just a web quality logo, or a vector version?

Ideally, it would be vector. As i may use it in a variety of documents, From the web to print.
