Screem has all of those features mentioned and more, namely CVS which I find very useful as a web developer.

Crimson Editor, it's free which is better than paying $800 for a piece of junk like DW

I'm using Ultraedit 11.10. It has a new set of icons and enhanced UI. You can also customize the colors used for syntax highlighting and the collapse and expand folded functions/structures is very neat. What i really like about UE is that, it doesn't take a lot of memory load while using those features that comes with it.

DW, most of the time...small coding tasks go to Netscape Composer. I'm amazed no one else mentioned Composer, is there some reason no one likes it that I'm not seeing?

Could not use it more like. Then found the templates at
"It's easy. You just pick a Web site template; add your own photos or graphics; and type in your own text. That's it! No manuals to read, no technical language to learn."
