Definitely need the rep system - I just saw a TF Administrator give someone a negative iTrader for 'ripping'!
That's surely not what iTrader is for - but it is what the rep system is for.

iTrader is all about the Marketplace, it is not defined that it must be transactions only that can be rated. Trying to sell a ripped design is not allowed here, so what's the problem with a negative iTrader rating? Would others like to be scammed by the same person? At least this way people get a warning as to how these people operate. That's the whole point of iTrader, it alerts you to dodgy traders.
Anyway, the issue is resolved now, his negative rating has been removed only due to him removing his sale.

I also agree that saying 'he is selling a rip' is for a rating system, iTrader is for sharing your commerce experience with the community. I think turning the rating system on would do a good deal of good.
