I can see why you might think I am a scammer. But there was no scam involved in this contest, I chose a winner, and the winner chose a prize. I do not want to continue with this conversation, its becoming pointless.
I will let Robson decide who he wants to ban, and what happens. The person who I picked, emailed me, so I know he/she was on Talkfreelance at a point in time to see this contest.

He has chosen his own path, I will ban the member and make sure all the other forums hear about this guy and his activities. I'm sure wht would be interested to hear about hostblimp.com's owner uploading warez to a free image hosting site now.
As for the winner, congrats tech-four please pm me your paypal to collect your prize. I'm going to be overhauling the rules for contests now, i'm fed up of scammers like this idiot coming onto tf and taking advantage.

Thanks Robson, . I agree contest rules have to be changed around here. Its not fair on anyone to have things like this continually happening.
Thanks again!

That sucks. The logo he chose was pretty crappy too.

Zaigham, it is all well and good suggesting that course of action but there are problems inherent with it that you've probably not considered. In the end, it could easily cause more trouble that it's worth. But... I'm not Robson.
At least a winner was chosen from within the contest, but it is unfair for Rob to need to pay out time and time again. Hopefully his rewrite of the rules can ease the situation.
