Just a layout template

Just a simple layout I did. Can I get some critique please? Feel free to point out stuff - I don't have much experience designing layouts. And also how much could I expect for something like this? (Be honest, cause I don't care even if you say $2; it just means I have to get better )

It looks more like a one page informational site than anything else. I like the background gradient, but the design isn't anything special... it's rather dry so it's hard for me to comment on.

i'd say you'd get the low $xx range for this. it's not bad but it's a bit dark and dull.

but overall i'd say 7-8/10

It's rather basic, no more than a few gradient backgrounds and hard to read, pixel text. The color scheme is not that great, either.

I think it looks clean, but ya just a bit too simple even for a simple layout. I like the curve background, so you can add more detail by just repeating that same theme on multiple elements on the page. Curvey incons, bg curve on text boxes--anything to add more meat. <---And lets eat!

I don't like the curve background, I don't what know, but that distracts a heck a lot of it, maybe make it gradient? I'd like to see how it looks with content, maybe it'd look different.

its kinda cool, but im not liking the purple bg it just doesnt seem to fit as well. and logo part should be a diff color than the nav.
