Oh, I didnt know a mod had to edit the permissions manually, I thought it was all done automaticaly..
@Indy, I didnt want to report him, i was just curious if it was a bug or how he got in or anything..

I brought this up awhile back not to long ago after those new sections were created. Permissions were never added to some of the categories and I've seen a bunch of people post in there now with less than 5 posts . No one seemed to care about it though when I said something

I know that vBulletin has the optino to move users into different groups as post increases and all these groups have a seperate set of permissions. So it should be done automatically. If its not someone has set the forums up incorrectly.
