Tommorow my brother and I are going to semi-permanent, design conference which go's over two days, tommorow and saturday. I can't wait to see what it's like and i can't wait for the awsome presentations. Here is the website: http://www.semipermanent.com/

I only know Joshua Davis, out of all those speakers.. I would not pay as much as that for such a conference..

My brother got university student prices, one day only they could get tickets for $20 AUD each.

You can never fault a good design conference! It's a shame my city doesn't host many 
Have a blast man, there's some amazing speakers listed!

We'll first day is over, holy ****! It was awsome fun, and we got to listen to some of the big time vfx companies including the orphanage ( http://www.theorphanage.com). We got a package when we first got there which included some artwork from the various designers/artists speaking, and also a section with work from entrants, for anyone to submit work. Tommorow we get to listen to some good designers like Joshua Davis etc.. Much fun so far
