With 4000+ backlinks you can rank for ANY keyword using a Blog!

Someone told me: "With 4000+ backlinks you can rank for ANY keyword using a Blog..."

I saw many Blogs by myself as well with few thousand back links rank 1st page for "highly competitive" keywords (often using re-directs!) like: buy viagra, ringtones, casino online, etc.

I am not sure that still applys anymore. Many blogs add the nofollow to your website so that the search engines will no longer give you the backlink.
