Hosting is like any other business: you get what you pay for. Go with cheap hosting and you will get cheap service, there are no exceptions to this. I am with Liquidweb, not the cheapest but their service is second to none. My average ticket response time is <10min even for subjects that require an admin.

I know of a reseller that hosts with liquidweb servers and they offer a much cheaper price than liquidweb and it's technically the same service and support. They even move all the files for you. It's called FirePowerHost
