  Old  Opera 8 & Compatibility

This is the final straw, I've been playing with the code for hours and I still can't find why this is happening.

As you can see, in Opera there are borders being displayed at each edge of the page, where as in mozilla and internet explorer there aren't. It's becoming tedious now, to the point of frustration.
