Looking for Logo Designer

Greetings,

My name is Dan and I'm currently looking for someone to create a logo for my website. I own a company that operates a brand called Texas Fire Jobs, which is a job portal site for firefighters in Texas.

About the logo:
I need a simple but catchy logo that can be displayed on any color of background. I'd like the use of Red, White, Blue (Texas colors), as well as orange and black. You should include the use of a firefighter Maltese cross on the logo. Please do not add any fire graphics to the logo. The logo should have a clean and mature feel to it. I am advertising to males between the ages of 18 and 35.

This logo will be displayed on the website, print marketing material, business cards, and letterheads.
