Things I expect

• Final product must look like the Design 99.5% (I will be checking)
• Well structured HTML5
• Must be very good with CSS3 (I will be reviewing all your work)
• CSS Must be in alphabetical order
• CSS Must have a decent structure so it's easy to navigate
• Be able to make a Custom Wordpress Theme Options section
• BE RELIABLE
• BE ABLE TO BUILD RESPONSIVE WEBSITES
