Need .PSD to xHTML Coder -- I design in 960.GS

I'm looking for someone familiar with 960.GS that can rapidly turn out coded pages as I create them. I'm looking at creating a long term partnership (as I have 8+ clients that I will be working with in the very near future for custom designs / jobs)..

I need these jobs completed within the same day if possible.
