Looking for a Web Designer

Hey all.

I'm looking to hire a web designer for a redesign of http://kicknlists.com/ . We're in the process of revamping our entire code base, and are hoping to kick things up a notch with an all new redesign as well. I'm looking for someone to start on this immediately.
