Developer looking for Designers

Hello Everyone,

I am looking for some website designers team up with.

I am a php developer, using the Zend Framework for developing MVC websites.
I primarily build the administrative system so that users can update their websites along with pulling data to the frontend of the website from the database.
The designer does the design work (which I help with integrating the two).

I have been working with one designer for the past six months and this has worked out fairly well, but they have been taking on some projects that do not need an administrative interface, so this leaves me waiting for 'the next project'.

I'm looking for two, maybe three designers that can pass work to me, or that I can pass work onto.
