Organization

As everybody here knows (well should know if your at a forum), visitors being able to find what they are looking for is really important and so is things being in the correct places and not like having a contact form on an about us page and having the about us information on the contact page thats just stupid. Well today i was looking through forums and noticed that there are Javascript and XHTML/HTML/CSS forums in the design section here. Yes they do have design implementations however they are a development tool and i feel should be in the dev section (with php and stuff). Perhaps try taking a look at the order of forums and organize better.
