For litterally the last few days, I have been looking for some kind of newsletter script that doesn't have a huge backend on it.. (ie: all of the extra stuff that one usually comes with.) But one that is effective and easy to customize.
Does anyone have any suggestions of scripts for such? Perferably PHP, but CGI will also work.
