Getting Error

This might be in the wrong category! Incase it is, then my appologizes!

I read your TOS and it said that you need to have 5 posts to post in the marketplace, i achieved 5 posts yesterday but i still get this error when i try to post anything were you need a spesific post count!

"Fjeddy, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:"

Right now, i purchased a design from one of TFL members, and i tried to give him an iTrader, but i got the same error when i click the "Submit feedback" in his user profile!

Has this post count increased without saying so in the TOS? Or is there just something wrong ?
