Get it Coded - Launched

I have launched a new project this is more of a personal project for me but if some of you have dealt with me in the market place you will know I tend to buy lot's of templates but I quite frankly don't have the time to slice and dice themes. So I pay to get that service done but the problem is getting someone to do it in the timeline that I need that project done which is sometimes tough due to your personal timelines.

I can code PHP no problem and integrate my coding into a pre-sliced theme but again timing to get these projects done is sometimes tough and I need help but posting on 5 different forums and messaging people sometimes dosn't help so I have started a central location.


Ok so a litle more info

So I have launched http://getitcoded.net . Get it coded is a place for someone like me to post there requirements for a project they need it to be coded whether it is a simple logo design to a complex CMS. Now the only thing is people bidding on the jobs are required to pay a 1 time initiation fee of $15 but this covers the cost of a 468x60 banner in a permanent rotation and a mini-portfolio for those to showcase their work to potential clients.
