[Seeking] General Website Manager

I am seeking an experienced website administrator to come work underneath me on the website http://www.xboxgrid.com/ . Due to lack of time, I am currently unable to run it myself, and due to high demand, I want to bring it back out. The ideal candidate should be a self-inspiring, dedicated problem solver who can multi-task and prioritize his/her tasks in the ever changing world of gaming.

Required Skills

• Passion for games
• Customer service experience
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
• Positive work ethic
• Good typing skills
• Team-player
• Independent problem-solving skills and self-direction
• Previous experience in community administration (with proof and recommendations)
• An Xbox 360 and or Xbox Original (not a skill, but none-the-less required)

Responsibilities

• Receiving general instructions from a supervisor (namely myself).
• Administering a complex site alone or assisting in the administration of a larger site.
• Helping plan and initiate future growth of the site/network.
• Managing and gathering statistical trending data for capacity planning.
• Managing novice website administrators, operators and employees.
• Share in off-hour/on-call duties..

Pluses (although not requirements):

• Graphical Design Skill, and fluency in Photoshop
• Significant programming background in any applicable language

Salary and Payment:
Payment can work one of two ways.

1. 50% of the adspace on the website is given to you for GoogleAds or YPN
2. You wait until I get my check from GoogleAds, and I send you a check from XboxGrid's revenue.
