  Old  New system, your thoughts?

This is the setup I am planning on buying, it is very affordable and extremely overclockable.

CPU: Intel Core 2 DUO E6400 2.13GHz 1.06GHz FSB 2MB LGA 775 Dual Core. The 2.13GHz C2D can be easily overclocked up to 3.2GHz, with 1:1 ratios for the 800MHz RAM, using a simple copper heatsink for cooling. This is a super fast, super stable setup.

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 Intel965P Core 2 Duo DDR2 800 PCI-EX16 Intel Pentium Conroe 6SATA2 1PATA PCI-EX16. The motherboard is very well built with stable components, it also supports Quad Core processors, which means it has the pipelines open already for super fast performance.

Video Card: PALIT 7600GT DDR3 256MB 128Bit HDTV, DVI, PCI-E. I am going cheap on the video card, because gaming is not my thing, and it is so cheap it will not be a problem to upgrade it in the future. Also it is running DDR 3, which has better performance than some of the new 8000 series.

RAM: 4 sticks of Generic 1G DDR2 800MHz PC6400 SDRAM Memory Chip, they can be overclocked to 870MHz with no problems, and super performance gain from cheap RAM.

This will be a very high performance, great value setup. Your thoughts?
