Color Scheme Help

I'm making a new design for my website, and I have a basic format of it on paper, and it can be viewed in the attachment.

My only problem is that I need a color scheme for it:
1: Don't give me a site of color schemes, I am color challenged and would never be able to pick the right one.
2: I'd perfer for the scheme to be relatively light, but show me what you think is best.
