Paypal Fraud Money

Last Week, i sold a webdesign to a Ex clan member. I thought it would of been 100% Pure safe, but i should of realised something was going on when his name was tyler and his email of paypal was mike and the email was located off a dentist in american when hes english. He sent me the £30 in paypal, so i sent him the template thinking what a quick and easy deal it was. Paypal contacted me about 3 days later saying

Then it goes on how to explain how to give them infomation about who was the sender, blah blah. So i sent them a email back saying all of the infomation i had gathered on that person.

Then once that is send i got a email back the next day saying

Im quite annoyed at the level of professionalism of paypal, One minute there saying its fraud, then its not, then it is again. I have lost a Layout for the money they have reversed out of my account.
