The upgrade was scheduled for 12 PM EST. During the day, I figured I was going to make the update closer to that time so not much stuff was lost from my clients. But just in case I posted in the billing panel, encouraging the clients to make backups just in case.
Then, I left the house for 2-3 hours, and the technician must have misunderstood me, and ran the upgrade in the middle of the day, while I was away, and I couldn't make the back up.
