Looks alright, but it seems to be looking to much like your others. I think you should give a shot at something new.

Well not to be conceded or anything, but I think my designs are alot better quality then most of the gaming style designers on ct. And I really want a critique on the quality and placement of the design.

k well, I'll go in depth since you don't get my flow.

Banner:
Mash of wallpapers is pretty unoriginal and poor quality, just doing a feathered erase and placing them on top of eachother, then adding the same old fake "metal" looking text.

Navigation:
Pixel fonts are dead, that nav was whored and then people moved on, its just not that attractive imho. The whole red dots are pretty random since you use like 1000000 different gradients throughout try to keep a theme.

Under nav/login
The Login button is absolutely hideous, text isnt center, colour doesnt match anything and the gradient is aweful. the "this text scrolling marque" isn't alligned properly from the bottom/top.

Latest Headline box:
Not that bad, the white gradient on top shouldn't be rounded on the edges since the bg of it isn't. Text Effect isn't that great or appealing, try to get something that seems more built in to the design. Text inside box is to small/crowded.

Right hand Side and Footer.
Nothing new, its not that bad but nothing I couldn't do in 15 minutes :/

Not trying to make myself seem like I'm amazing, I'm not. I used to do designs like this all the time, and people buy them they are attractive. But I'm just trying to help you to see that in order to really get some respect you have to take some risks and be different.

To be honest, I'm going to keep this really short...

One phrase should sum it up...it looks much to like innate media's stuff - every portion, detail, and aspect of it. It's one thing to be able to execute a certain style, but its another, to duplicate it exactly, almost to the point that it'd be difficult to tell which one is which - which isn't exactly a good thing.

I agree with most stuff said here, its nothing original, overused style for the header (all overlayed images), the content is ok but the rest is just seen on the majority of clan designs. In my opinion its just another clan template.
