I think repackaging free software and selling it with no additional functionality is wrong.
That aside, your footer links are broken.

I don't actually sell the software myself, I link people to the site that does with an affiliate link .

He is misrepresenting nothing, he never claims it can't be done for free. It is not fraud or misrepresentation. Deceptive? Perhaps, but I don't know the site well enough to say that for sure. Its legal though.

Fraud isn't a strictly legal term and I never claimed his acts are illegal; I said I think they are wrong.
As for misrepresenting the product, his site explicitly refers to the software as "our software" and "our product" and suggests that is current price is less than what the software typically goes for, a clear falsehood considering the software is overwhelmingly distributed for free.
