No idea stillt, but based on the cookie cutter design, i'd run a mile.

I doubt NameCheap would be that cheap not to afford a custom design.

With that design, I doubt they are owned by the same people. Also, it would probably be a more popular host with all the attention NameCheap is getting.

To be honest, i would look to Jako for hosting. Now, i haven't had anything hosted with him yet, but his customer service is EXCELLENT. He will work with you personally to try and get everything going right (as he did with me). Just PM him, he can provide you with a hosting account for $4 or $5, and you would be supporting a fellow TF member!

This host sucks. I tested it out for DeadliestCatch.net, but it was just terrible. The one month I've had the site up it's been down about a total of 3 days. I'm just going to stick with hosting my minisites off my main site and use domain pointing from now on. It's cheaper anyway.

http://www.mozunkhost.com/ is a smaller host, but seems prety decent. Thier servers are from thePalnet (I think) and they don't appear to oversell.

Their plans are priced like they don't oversell, but then again they can just charge lots for oversold space.
But to clarify the statement about their servers being from TP - http://whois.domaintools.com/mozunkhost.com they are.
