Computer help... and sisters...
Well my sister just put a disk in my PC and it kind of exploded.. it didnt but it made a pretty loud bang. The disk drive opens a little and the disk is broken inside, I'm thinking of opening up the PC but I havent done anything like that before, any other suggestions?

If the disk driver works , leave it and dont open up the PC!

Is it a CD-Drive? She might have just got it stuck....I can't see how it could be broken. Is the disk actually snapped in half or what? Opening up a pc is very easy (if you have a new computer the cases just slide off) make sure you disconnect the power though, actually taking apart the driver might be slightly more difficult.

Should be a little hole at the front somewhere, bend a paperclip or something and push it in. Might give you a little more play to get the tray out. If you've never opened a PC before I wouldn't recommend opening up a CD drive.
Oh and if you do open a PC up, leave the power cable plugged in but switch it off at the wall.

Iv had this problem before on My old computer but it was with my CDRW drive. I know how the disc broke its due to Speed over load (Power surges from my PSU) caused the drive to have a boost of speed to much for the disc to handle and spin out of control. The way to get the disc out is to gently pull the disc tray out and you can do what i did and rive the thing out still work though

I've had this, the CD-rom literally exploded. I threw out my CD-rom drive and bought a new one because it wasn't working anymore.

I would take it apart. Just remember how you did it and where all the pieces go.
