Because they have chosen to be invisible whilst browsing for some reason, however i've changed the settings due to alot of users having this on so now whilst they're still "invisible" everyone can actually see them!

Before I changed the settings people could browse Talkfreelance without anyone seeing they're online. Now they can't, perhaps they don't realise that or perhaps they're going through a proxy.

But what's so bad about people being able to browse without people seeing they're online?

Well, from my point of view it reduces the amount of users a guest or visitor can see when looking at Talkfreelance.

Robson, the 'invisible' option is an opt-in feature. That means everyone with that set has chosen that they don't want to be seen in the online list for one reason or another. I'd rather you respect that choice than plain ignore it. I don't care whether it shows less visitors online at any one time, this isn't a popularity contest (or... shouldn't be).

We should all go invisible and get a star by are names, that would confuse the locals... I mean guests
