TeenBusinessForum.com - PR3 Business Forum
After a cautious thought about the future of this website, I have decided to sell all it's belongings to a buyer.
All my old hosts' traffic stats were deleted so I have nothing much to show in that category but I can explain some ways I got traffic to the new buyer.
The site is PR3 with inside PR2 and PR1 pages so it's good for monetization. It has a custom coded theme that has never been on any other website besides TeenBusinessForum.com.
There are 236 members signed up to the forum at the moment along with continuous signups from various members. It has 536 Topics and 3821 posts.
It has a fair amount of unique articles and tutorials from a contest I had where the winner would win ad space and money for making the best article/tutorial. You could most likely get traffic back up with another contest like it.
School is my main focus at the moment, which is why I'm selling this forum. I know the forum would lose all momentum it has ever had if I continue to run it without the complete commitment I had over the summer. I trust that the new owner will have the time and resources to continue to run this site. It can be monetized easily and traffic can be brought back up.
BIN - $600
This includes all rights to the forum theme, the forum database, all articles on the site and everything else. I will also continue to host the site for another 3 months, free of charge.
If you have any questions or queries, then please feel free to ask. By the way, this site runs on a leased license so the license will not be included.

Far as I can tell by his post there is no current contests, but simply telling the potential buyer they could re-generate the buzz and member activity if there were to be another contest, therefor if there were a prize and what it is, would be up to the new owner.
As for the previous contest, they received money and ad space as a prize. As outlined in the first post.

Now accepting offers above $500!
The forum design and coding cost $500 in itself so you are getting a bargain! I should also mention that this does not come with the vB license (because it's leased)
