Can't help you with this problem but if you are going to type Forum Skin in your topic title expect for there to be a bot posting spam after the topic goes up.

It is all in a CSS file located in the administration panel if I remember right. What are you trying to edit? I used that for years and probably can help. If not, Google is your friend young padawan.
